Weekends are like a friendly invitation, offering us the chance to relax and share precious moments with our loved ones, furry and otherwise. In a recent Saturdate, we took our two cherished dogs for a special day at Woof Pet Services, our go-to spot for ensuring our dogs get all the love and attention they need when we’re not around. The place is super convenient, just a quick 3-5 minute drive from the Mall of the Emirates. Dropping off our dogs in their happy place, where they can mingle and have a blast, puts our minds at ease and lets us make the most of our day. After making sure our four-legged buddies were content, we decided to indulge ourselves with a mouthwatering meal at Din Tai Fung in Mall of the Emirates.
We indulge in some of our all-time favorite dishes such as the scallop xiaolongbao, a delightful steamed dumpling filled with a succulent scallop. Every bite is a burst of incredible flavors that brings a smile to our faces.
Next up, we went for the chicken fried rice (sorry, i forgot to take a picture), a dish that’s both hearty and satisfying, and never fails to hit the spot. The crispy chicken sweet and sour is a delectable combination of tangy and sweet flavors that never fails to please.
The shrimp wontons were another must-have. These dumplings are a seafood lover’s dream, with plump of juicy shrimp.
To quench our thirst, we savored a refreshing boba milk tea (again, I’m too hungry to take a photo). The delightful blend of sweet and chewy boba pearls with the creamy milk tea was the perfect way to round off our feast.
Dining at Din Tai Fung is always a special treat, the sumptuous meal for two, including all our beloved dishes and beverages, came to about AED 208 ($58).
