Dubai Mall’s Chinatown is a delightful area full of culinary options that cater to various Asian tastes. From Chinese to Korean, Singaporean to Japanese, the food court is a full of mouth watering dishes waiting to be explored.
On our recent visit to Dubai Mall, we decided to wander through China Town Food Court, looking for the most appealing options. With so many choices, it was a bit overwhelming, but in the best way possible.
We ended up getting,
Chicken Stone Pot Bibimbap at He Yi Hong Bibimbap
For our first visit, we opted for the large portion. Little did we know, the quantity was enormous, enough to comfortably feed 3-4 people, depending on your appetite. Priced at AED65 (approx. $18), it was an incredible deal.
The bibimbap was so good that I found myself craving it again and returned a week later. This time, we ordered the small portion, which was still substantial, enough for 2-3 people. The price for the smaller portion was AED40 (approx. $11), making it another fantastic value.
To complement our bibimbap, we decided to try
Wonton Soup and Dumplings at Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao
We were particularly drawn by their offer of wagyu dumplings with mini wonton for just AED38 (approx. $11).
Despite being called “mini,” the dumplings were generously sized, with a serving of 10 pieces. The dish was another great find, offering excellent taste and value. In Tagalog, we would call it “sulit,” which translates to “worth it” in English.
We highly recommend trying these dishes. The quality and portion sizes are impressive, and the prices are reasonable.
Whether you’re craving bibimbap or delicious dumplings, you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy your culinary adventure!
